When you are on a call that you don't want to end!
Here is a scenario that we are trying to avoid... you are hosting a call with a guest and for some reason the call inexplicable ends! When you open your settings page you see that you had run out of call time!
Nooooo! that interview was going so good.
Don't worry,
1. the call was recorded and will show up in your app and
2. there is a setting that you can toggle on to prevent this from happening! Yeeah 😍
To setup Auto-Renew time open the Menu > About 'Auto Renew Time Toggle ON/OFF
The Auto Renewal time is completely optional. If this is set to ON, then you will never drop a call while in the middle of it. The app in the background will simply add an Hour of call time onto your monthly plan and you can use the full hour within the month.
We wanted to make sure that you wouldn't loose a guest while you are in the middle of an amazing interview. Sometimes you only get one shot at interviewing someone and we would hate to be the cause for a spoiled interview.
Make sure to check your settings if you want the Auto-Renew set to ON or OFF.
